1. Are all publications available at all times?
All of the products displayed in our web site are in stock for immediate and impeccable delivery. Due to high demand though, at certain cases some items might be temporarily out of stock. However, Haitalis Editions is committed to inform you, through our email notification program, once the items ordered are available in stock again.
2. How often are the products displayed updated?
The most significant priority in Haitalis Editions is to provide publications of the finest quality that include accurate information. Thus our products are regularly updated, both design wise and content wise in order to meet customer demands.
Placing an order and delivery information
1. How can I place an order?
Provided that you have registered with us, placing an order is performed in three easy steps. Visit our online shop, choose your items and checkout. That’s it!!!
2. I placed my order, how can I proceed to payment?
Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by a member of our staff with further information on how to proceed with payment and the shipping costs.
3. What methods of payment are accepted?
Payment is usually performed through transactions, handled by PayPal, in order to ensure your security. Other means of payment (bank transfer, checks, etc.) are available at certain situations, although you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org first, with your request.
4. How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
After the payment of the product is fulfilled, your order will be shipped immediately and a notification email will be send to you. Delivery times vary depending on the place of delivery. Usually for Europe it takes 2-3 working days, and rest of the world 5-7 working days.
5. I received damage or wrong merchandise. What should I do?
If the items you receive are damaged or not those you ordered, please contact us in order to confirm the problem and provide you with a flexible solution. The cost of all replacements bare Haitalis Editions.
6. I changed my mind can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can by mailing us with your cancellation request. Prior to shipment, once the items are shipped you cannot cancel your order.
